  • Started and led a team of consultants, programmers and artists in the creation of engaging, corporate e-Learning tools for individuals and small groups with an annual revenue growth rate from 50-80% over each of the 5 years.
  • Reduced costs by over 66% in 3 years while maintaining quality and increasing functionality to customers.
  • Designed and developed five new, cutting edge e-Learning platforms to deliver to new and existing clients. The products contain highly customized, visual, interactive, self-directed learning on variety of strategic topics.
  • Created effective, engaging, interactive communications, marketing and learning tools for a variety of Fortune 500 clients such as Pepsi, Holiday Inn, Blockbuster, and Old Navy.   • Led team of four in a two-year, $750,000 system redevelopment project for the company's second largest division. The savings of the project have been estimated at $600,000 per year with equal amount of increased revenue potential. Responsibilities included project management, management presentations, budget preparation/adherence, recruiting, hiring, team direction, systems analysis and design, and programming.
  • Evaluated and reported on technical and business capabilities of several companies for potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and vertical integrations.
  • Analyzed and designed systems and processes to streamline recruiting team as a key part of maintaining the status of one of Fortune's "100 Best Companies".
  • Designed and managed system to track Year 2000 compliance for nearly 3,100 key vendors, customers, and newspapers including integrated processes for e-mail, faxing, and on-going communications with internal leaders.
William Beaumont Hospital, Systems Analyst 1987 - 1996

  • Designed and developed department-based inventory tracking system for Cardiology. The system tracks individual items for stock maintenance, government reporting, and management projections. The new process saved $30,000 per month in lost inventory, labor reductions, and has reduced inventory on hand by over 50%.
  • Designed and developed system to schedule and track community education programs and fees for multiple hospital systems generating annual revenues of over $40,000.
  • Evaluated and recommended corporate network faxing solutions.
  • Developed on-line and batch client/server systems on a variety of hardware and software platforms.
  • Analyzed and recommended solutions for loopholes in system security and access availability, resulting in more accurate audit trails.
