Okay, so this is a little out of date now since it
was done 2 or 3 years ago now. It would be interesting to see how
it's adapted since my music access and tastes have expanded. Looking
at it briefly I think the second 28 is the group that would change the
most. I'll have to get around to that at some point.
How do you even decide favorite songs? It's challenging to just figure
out what to measure. In my case, I decided I wanted to pick songs that
I enjoyed and that sound like the artist enjoyed too. Not all of these
are great musically, technically, or lyrically. They are simply songs
I enjoy.
The songs are listed in alphabetical
order by artist. Why is it a top 28 and a second 28? Well, it's based
on the process I used (the bubble sort, for those programmers in the
audience). These are the the ones that bubbled to the top.
